Who keeps Pennywise running?
The success and popularity of Pennywise is directly attributed to the many members of The Church of the Holy Comforter who volunteer to work in the shop. They spend many hours:
- Sorting, organizing and pricing merchandise
- Working at the front desk
- Performing handyman work
- Decorating the shop
- Restoring dolls
- Polishing silver
- Sorting books
- Patrolling the porch
- Bookkeeping
And many other important jobs!
All ages of Holy Comforter parishioners, from teens to retired folks, all with great spirit and dedication are welcomed as volunteers.
